Fresh Ahi Tuna Salad

Ingredients
4 (6 oz.) ahi steaks

1 packet Amazing Taste® Malibu Seasoning

2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced very thinly

1/2 red onion, sliced very thinly

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped (optional)

3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil


 
Directions
Moisten fish under cold running water.
Sprinkle each side with Amazing Taste® Malibu Seasoning.
Arrange fish in even layer in a 2-quart baking dish.
Cover fish and microwave on HIGH for 5-6 minutes.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Cut fish into bite-sized pieces.
In large bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomatoes and mint (optional).
Lightly sprinkle with Amazing Taste.
Add oil and vinegar and toss to coat.
Arrange salad on serving plates and top with fish.
