Traditional Pot Roast

Ingredients
2 ½ - 3 lbs. beef roast (chuck or bottom round)



1 packet Amazing Taste® for Beef



2 Tbsp. vegetable oil



1 cup tomato sauce



1 cup water



4 carrots, chopped



2 large potatoes, peeled and quartered



3 rosemary leaves



3 cloves garlic, minced



1 cup onion, chopped



1 cup celery, sliced



2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce


 
Directions
1) Coat roast with Amazing Taste® for Beef. Pierce with fork.

2) In heavy skillet, brown roast in hot oil, 5 minutes per side.

3) Add liquid. Bring to boil, cover and simmer slowly over low heat for 1½ hours.

4) Add vegetables and other ingredients. Continue cooking until meat and vegetables are fork tender.
