Amazing Taste Fish Tacos

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets (catfish, tilapia or cod)

1 packet Amazing Taste® for Malibu Seasoning

1 package corn tortillas, warmed

1 1/2 cups lettuce or cabbage, finely shredded

chunky salsa

sour cream
 
Directions
Moisten fillets under cold running water. Sprinkle each side with Amazing Taste® Malibu Seasoning. Arrange fillets in even layers in a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 5-6 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand for 2 minutes. Cut fish into bite-sized pieces. Layer fish and shredded lettuce in warm tortilla. Top with salsa and sour cream
