Fish Fillets with Spinach and Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
1-1½ lbs Atlantic salmon fillet, tilapia, catfish, or Alaskan Cod 1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, chopped

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 Packet Amazing Taste for Seafood


 
Directions
Place frozen spinach in a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Spread spinach evenly on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese over the Spinach. Coat all sides of fish fillets with Amazing Taste for Seafood. Arrange fillets on top of spinach. Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup of cheese evenly on top of the fish. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
