Flatten to 1 inch thick, and coat with Amazing Taste. In medium bowl, combine mango, bell pepper, onion and cilantro.  In small bowl, combine lime peel, lime juice and olive oil.  Toss half of the lime mixture gently into mango mixture and set aside.  Cook pork medallions in pan with 1 tbsp oil, over medium heat, baste with remaining lime mixture.  Cook until pork reaches internal temperature of 155&#176;F., about 5 minutes per side.  Serve with mango salsa&lt;BR&gt;&lt;b&gt;Serving Suggestions&lt;/b&gt;:&amp;nbsp;Serve with steamed vegetables.&lt;BR&gt;</description>
