Preheat the oven t0 400°F.

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor, cover, and blend until the mixture is a smooth consistency but not too liquidy.

Pour into a medium-sized baking dish; cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with toasted pita bread, whole wheat crackers or chips of your choice.

For color sprinkle a tiny amount of paprika on top. Or if your group likes spicy foods, very lightly sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
