In a medium bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, cilantro, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon Amazing Taste® Sriracha Seasoning. Toss well to combine and refrigerate while you prepare the burgers.
Crumble ground beef into a mixing bowl. Add scallions, garlic, ginger, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons Amazing Taste® Sriracha Seasoning. Toss until all ingredients are well distributed.
Shape mixture into 4 or 6 patties. Grill over HIGH heat or broil for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160ᵒF.
Toast bun if desired and add your favorite condiments. Top burger with a generous amount of slaw.
