Place all vegetables in a large bowl (except the green onion) and mix. Add garlic powder, hot sauce, soy sauce and Amazing Taste® Malibu seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a wok pan or large skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH until very hot, but not smoking. Toss in the vegetable mixture and cook for about minutes, tossing continuously.
Add the green onion and cook for a minute more before serving. You don’t want the vegetables to wilt. Aim for crunchy.
