GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS – BONELESS SKINLESS MARINATED CHICKEN THIGHS

  1. Pre-heat grill at medium-high heat (around 400°F -450°F).
  2. Remove chicken thighs from packaging and discard excess marinade. Arrange thighs in a single layer on the grill.
  3. Grill each side for 4-5 minutes. Keep the lid closed between flips so that the heat circulates properly and cooks the chicken evenly.
  4. Check to see if chicken is fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a calibrated meat thermometer.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

AIR FRYER COOKING INSTRUCTIONS – BONELESS SKINLESS MARINATED CHICKEN THIGHS

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove Chicken thighs from packaging and discard excess marinade. Arrange thighs in a single layer in the air fryer. (Cook in batches if needed).
  3. Cook chicken thighs at 400°F, skin side down in the air fryer for 12 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook on the second side for 7-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a calibrated meat thermometer.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN COOKING INSTRUCTIONS – BONELESS SKINLESS MARINATED CHICKEN THIGHS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove Chicken thighs from packaging and discard excess marinade. Arrange thighs in a single layer on a flat metal baking sheet.
  3. Bake in pre-heated oven for 45-60 minutes, turning once until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a calibrated meat thermometer.
APPLIANCES VARY. ADJUST COOKING TIMES AS NEEDED. FOOD MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS MEASURED BY A CALIBRATED MEAT THERMOMETER. DO NOT COOK IN MICROWAVE.
