GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS – BONELESS SKINLESS MARINATED CHICKEN THIGHS
- Pre-heat grill at medium-high heat (around 400°F -450°F).
- Remove chicken thighs from packaging and discard excess marinade. Arrange thighs in a single layer on the grill.
- Grill each side for 4-5 minutes. Keep the lid closed between flips so that the heat circulates properly and cooks the chicken evenly.
- Check to see if chicken is fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a calibrated meat thermometer.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
AIR FRYER COOKING INSTRUCTIONS – BONELESS SKINLESS MARINATED CHICKEN THIGHS
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Remove Chicken thighs from packaging and discard excess marinade. Arrange thighs in a single layer in the air fryer. (Cook in batches if needed).
- Cook chicken thighs at 400°F, skin side down in the air fryer for 12 minutes.
- Flip and cook on the second side for 7-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a calibrated meat thermometer.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN COOKING INSTRUCTIONS – BONELESS SKINLESS MARINATED CHICKEN THIGHS
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- Remove Chicken thighs from packaging and discard excess marinade. Arrange thighs in a single layer on a flat metal baking sheet.
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 45-60 minutes, turning once until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a calibrated meat thermometer.
