Sauté bacon in a large straight side sauté pan until golden and crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Drain all but 2 tablespoons of the bacon grease and return the pan to medium-high heat and add the Brussels sprouts cut-side down. Cook for about 3 minutes until nicely browned. Add water and cover immediately. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove lid and transfer Brussels sprouts to a bowl with a slotted spoon.
Add the orange marmalade, Amazing Taste® Sriracha Seasoning and butter to the pan. Stir constantly until butter has melted and the mixture is bubbling. Return the sprouts and the bacon to the pan and toss to evenly coat with the sauce. Serve immediately.
