In a small pot, bring the beans to boil in their liquid and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Drain and cool in the refrigerator.

Add vegetables to beans and mix gently. Separately, combine the white vinegar, olive oil and Amazing Taste® Malibu Seasoning. Mix well and pour over the bean mixture.

Garnish each plate with half a slice of the hard-boiled egg and green onions if desired.
