Peel the potatoes and boil them for 12 to 16 minutes or until just tender. Drain the potatoes. Cut into ¾ inch cubes.
While boiling the potatoes, cook the bacon slices in a small frying pan. Cook until crispy. Remove and chop into very small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine onion, celery and parsley, and add the chopped potatoes.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, milk, and the Amazing Taste® Malibu seasoning. Blend very well and add to the potato mixture.
Toss gently. Serve and enjoy.
