Sprinkle Amazing Taste® Malibu Seasoning on the steak, covering both sides.
Grill over MEDIUM heat, until desired doneness, flipping once. This should take about 10 to 12 minutes to cook to medium doneness. Of course, you can also use your oven broiler.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on MEDIUM heat, add the sliced mushrooms, red wine and the remaining Amazing Taste® Malibu Seasoning. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
Place mushrooms on top of the steaks and serve. The mushrooms add a little extra eye appeal and they taste great.
