1. Drain liquid from black beans. Mix together meat, beans and chili seasoning. Form mixture into six patties.
2. Grill over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until done (beef should reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 ˚F and turkey 165˚F.
3. Slice avocados and warm buns if desired. Place patty on bun and cover with salsa and avocado slices. Extra goodies: sliced tomatoe, grilled onion, chopped scallions, some shredded or grated cheese.
